Congratulations to Aus Energy Team who have just completed the installation of an 18.43kWh battery storage system on my house. The process from initial enquiry to quotation to installation could not have gone smoother, with all members of the Aus Energy Team being a pleasure to work with. This is a company that values the positive customer relationships and this began with Marcelo who provided me with all of the information I needed to make a decision on choice of the most suitable storage battery for our household requirements. Communication was timely and constructive, with copies of recent electricity bills being exchanged and a battery solution proposed.

Relevant paperwork was completed on the spot resulting in an incredible rebate accessed and Synergy and Western Power requirements immediately satisfied. Maxine and Katie handled all of the office paperwork and installation options with efficiency and booked an installation date with ease. The tradies who arrive to undertake the install were equally as pleasant with Bruno handling the electrical work and wifi connections. The battery and inverter are tucked neatly into our garage with a bollard for protection and no mess, no rubbish and a quick and trouble-free installation process. These guys are very good, polite and are obviously at the top of their game.

I could not be happier with the service, the price and the positive customer experience. This a company that I highly recommend and as I type this review, we have a battery on 100%, which combined with our solar panels will bring our electricity consumption from the grid to 0% both day and night. The fantastic staff at Aus Solar made it so easy for me I barely had to lift a finger from the day I decided to upgrade and replace all of my old solar system and add a battery they organised the whole lot from removing and disposing of my old system and installing my new system getting the government rebates and dealing with everything that western power needed they did it all and on install day all done in under 8 hours so you can’t complain about that and it’s fantastic how easy it is to monitor and adjust your system with their app in real time, I would HIGHLY recommend that if you’re after a new solar system and a battery these are the ones to go to and a BIG THANKS to them for looking after me so well Thanks Noel..

Great communication from Marcelo regarding explanation of how the systems would work and completion of paperwork for rebates, and also from office staff with scheduling of installations. Solar panels and battery were installed 5 months apart, and both teams of installers were punctual, friendly and very tidy. Electrician was also very helpful with installation of the SolaX app and explaining how to use it. We are happy to recommend AusEnergy Solar.
