I’ve been really impressed with Rory and the team at Aus Solar from beginning to end. I was getting quite overwhelmed with calls from sales reps asking if we had heard about the rebates etc, and while we wanted to get solar installed, I didn’t have the capacity to deal with it as we had a lot going on. I had a door knock from a rep from Aus Solar and explained we were going overseas and I wouldn’t be thinking about this until later in the year. He asked if he could schedule a follow up call, and we heard from Rory a few months later when we got back from our trip.
Everything was handled very smoothly, and I didn’t feel pressured into anything. My husband works away and has an irregular roster so it can difficult to get a time to work on things, Rory was always very accommodating and patient, even when it came to arranging phone calls after business hours.
Installation was done last week and the guys who came out were all super lovely, got the job done and left no mess. The electrician did a great job explaining everything to us.
We’ve been obsessively monitoring our usage in the app since install and it’s really amazing to see it all working, we haven’t used anything from the grid since the system was installed - literally the minute it was turned on we have been operating completely off the panels and battery, even with a couple of reverse cycle air cons running all night.
It’s great knowing we are running off sustainable power.

The installation of my solar battery system and inverter was carried out in a very professional and efficient manner. The installation site personnel insured all my requirements were meet, incuding removing all rubbish and leaving the area as found. Jack Dearman was my point of contact and l found him to be honest, knowledgeable and was very informative on how the system would work. He explained the process and possible time frames. Jack also made himself available after the install to assist with the solar X app setup and what information was available and how it could be used to keep me informed on how efficent the system was operating. I would highly recommend Aus Energy Solar W.A.

Since installing the battery, Rory has been monitoring my system and given great advice to minimise the amount of power I was bringing in from the grid. The App that complements the whole system gives exact, real-time data that allows you to monitor the system and provides you with the information to change power use habits. I have a very power-hungry home and since the battery installation, I have pretty much eliminated buying energy from Synergy.
